The questions studio owners ask most before applying.

A white-label teacher training allows you to launch your own Pilates education program using a professionally developed curriculum, while presenting it under your studio's brand. Instead of spending years creating manuals, lesson plans, assessments, videos, and learning resources from scratch, you begin with an established educational framework that reflects your studio's identity and philosophy.
Creating a high-quality teacher training is a significant undertaking. It involves years of curriculum development, writing, editing, filming, testing, assessment design, faculty preparation, and ongoing refinement.
We've already done that work.
Rather than starting with a blank page, you begin with a proven educational framework and the guidance to make it your own. You can launch sooner, avoid costly mistakes, and focus your time on growing your studio and developing exceptional teachers.
Our partnerships are designed for studios that are passionate about education and committed to developing outstanding Pilates teachers. Whether you're looking to create a new revenue stream, strengthen your instructor pipeline, or expand your impact within your community, we'll help determine whether one of our partnership options is the right fit during your discovery call.
Yes. The level of customisation depends on your partnership tier. Some studios simply want a proven curriculum they can launch quickly, while others want to tailor exercise selections, teaching philosophy, branding, and learning materials to better reflect their studio.
Not every studio is the right fit for every partnership tier. Our application process allows us to learn about your studio, your goals, and your vision before recommending the partnership that best supports your success. We believe the strongest teacher training programs are built through collaboration, shared values, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional educational experience.
Every studio is different. Some owners are looking for a proven curriculum they can launch quickly, while others want extensive customisation, branding, and strategic support.
During your discovery call, we'll learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and recommend the partnership that best fits your studio.
Our discovery call is a relaxed conversation designed to learn more about your studio and your vision. We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have, explain the partnership options, and help determine the best path forward for your business.
Once we've reviewed your application, we'll invite you to a discovery call. If we're a good fit for one another, we'll recommend the most appropriate partnership, discuss timelines, and outline the next steps toward launching your teacher training.
No. While Foundation provides a ready-to-use curriculum, our partnerships go well beyond licensing educational content. Especially within Elevate and Signature, we're working alongside you to help build a successful, sustainable teacher training program - not simply handing over files and wishing you luck. This partnership approach is a core part of how we work.
We offer three partnership tiers to suit different levels of support and customisation.
Foundation starts at $5,000 USD.
Elevate is an application-based partnership that includes additional strategic support and implementation guidance.
Signature is a fully bespoke partnership with custom pricing.
We'll help you determine which option best fits your studio during your discovery call.
Yes. We understand that launching a teacher training is an investment in the future of your business, and payment schedules are available for most partnership tiers. We'll discuss the available options during your discovery call.
Your initial investment covers the planning, onboarding, curriculum preparation, branding, implementation, and launch of your teacher training. Ongoing partnership fees (where applicable) provide continued access to curriculum updates, educational resources, ongoing support, and the systems that help keep your program current as it grows.
Yes. Many studios begin with one partnership tier and decide to expand their level of support or customisation as their teacher training grows. We'll happily discuss upgrade options as your needs evolve.
Beyond your partnership investment, you'll want to budget for items such as instructor compensation, manual printing, and your own marketing activities. We'll help you understand what to expect before your project begins.
We recommend allowing a minimum of 12 weeks from onboarding to your first teacher training launch. This gives us time to prepare your curriculum, build your branded resources, coach your faculty, and create a thoughtful launch plan that sets your first cohort up for success.
Before onboarding, we'll ask for your logos and brand guidelines, preferred training dates, and some information about your studio, teaching philosophy, and goals for your program. We'll guide you through everything else.
We recommend allowing a minimum of 12 weeks from onboarding to your first teacher training launch. However, giving yourself additional time is always beneficial, as it allows for a more thoughtful launch, stronger marketing, and greater opportunity to fill your first cohort. Together, we'll create a timeline that aligns with your goals, prepares your faculty, and gives you the best chance of launching a successful program.
Launching a teacher training is a collaborative process, but you won't be doing it alone. We'll guide you through each stage, provide clear milestones, and help keep the project moving forward without it becoming overwhelming.
We understand that priorities can shift. If your preferred launch date changes, we'll work with you to adjust your implementation timeline wherever possible while ensuring your program is still thoroughly prepared.
Yes. Your teacher training schedule is built around your studio and your availability. We'll help you determine realistic timelines that support both your instructors and your future trainees.

Absolutely. Trainer coaching is included in our partnership tiers, with the amount of support varying by package. We want your instructors to feel just as confident teaching the curriculum as your trainees feel learning it.
Support doesn't end when your first cohort begins. Depending on your partnership tier, we continue to provide coaching, trainer support, implementation guidance, and curriculum updates to help you deliver your program with confidence.
We're here to help. Whether your question is about curriculum, teaching, assessments, scheduling, or implementation, you'll have access to support throughout your partnership.

Our goal isn't simply to help you launch one successful teacher training - we want to help you build a sustainable education program that continues to grow. We'll continue supporting you as you refine future cohorts and develop your program over time.
The level of customisation depends on your partnership tier. Some studios choose to launch with our proven curriculum, while others customise exercise selections, branding, educational resources, and aspects of the learning experience to better reflect their studio.
Absolutely. We encourage you to make the program your own. You're welcome to incorporate guest instructors, specialist workshops, or additional educational sessions that complement the core curriculum and reflect your studio's philosophy.
Yes. Our partnerships are designed to support a variety of teaching styles and studio philosophies. During the planning process, we'll work with you to ensure your program reflects the approach that best represents your studio.
The curriculum was developed by Leslie Parker after nearly two decades of operating a successful Pilates studio and delivering teacher training programs. It has been shaped alongside an experienced faculty that includes physiotherapists, physicians, osteopaths, movement specialists, and experienced Pilates educators, ensuring graduates receive an education that is both practical and clinically informed.
Your own instructors deliver the teacher training within your studio. Depending on your partnership tier, we'll help prepare your faculty so they feel confident delivering the curriculum.
Yes. Faculty coaching is included within our partnership tiers, with the level of support varying depending on the option you choose.
Many studios are launching their first teacher training. We'll help prepare your faculty by providing guidance, coaching, and educational support so they feel confident teaching the curriculum.
Absolutely. In fact, that's exactly what the program is designed for.
Our goal is to equip you and your faculty with everything you need to confidently deliver your own teacher training under your studio's brand. While certain specialist topics can be enhanced with optional guest educators, the heart of the program is designed to be taught by you. Your trainees are choosing your studio because they want to learn from your team, your philosophy, and your experience.
We recommend that instructors delivering your teacher training be fully certified Pilates instructors with a minimum of three years of teaching experience. Ideally, they should also have at least 1,000 hours of hands-on teaching experience before stepping into a teacher trainer role. While certifications provide the foundation, experience is what develops the judgment, adaptability, and confidence needed to mentor future teachers. After working with hundreds of clients over many years, instructors are better equipped to answer questions, adapt to different bodies, and share the practical insights that can only come from real-world teaching.
Yes. Every partnership includes access to an online learning platform where trainees can access course materials, videos, assignments, and learning resources throughout their training. Depending on your partnership tier, the platform can also be branded to reflect your studio's identity.
Trainees receive access to a comprehensive collection of learning resources, including detailed manuals, instructional videos, assignments, assessments, and supporting educational materials. The exact resources included will vary depending on your partnership tier and the programs you've chosen to offer.
Yes. Our curriculum includes written assignments, practical teaching requirements, and assessments designed to reinforce learning and evaluate competency throughout the program.
Absolutely. During your discovery call, we'll happily walk you through examples of the curriculum, manuals, and learning resources so you can experience the quality and depth of the program firsthand.
Yes. Pilates education continues to evolve, and so does our curriculum. We regularly review and refine our materials to reflect current best practices, educational developments, and feedback from both faculty and partner studios.
